Jameel Arts Center Lighting Consultancy

In 2018, between April – July, I consulted with Jameel Arts Center and revised their lighting plan for the facade, outdoor, and gallery lights. My prior experience at QMA and experience overhauling Mathaf: Museum of Modern Arab Art’s lighting was a great fit for Jameel Arts Center requirements. I worked with various lighting suppliers and IBDA Architects to find the best solution for the building. I even conducted various onsite tests with different suppliers, advised against unnecessary expenses – such as RGB exterior facade lighting. In the end I recommended ERCO and hand picked each fixture and accessory which is currently still in use. To this day, Jameel Art Center is quite happy with the results.
